The theme for each round will be chosen via a Twitter poll.

Each round, creators will request a mini bingo card (or more than one if you like).

Requests are made through a google form, which will allow creators to curate their card based on top tropes or unwanted tropes. Creators can choose between two different sizes, a 3 x 3 card or a 5 x 5 card.

On top of the general “base pack” of prompts, each round has a set of theme-specific tropes that will take up the majority of tropes on the card.

NSFW and/or darkfic tropes are available to 18+ individuals only, upon request through the form. However, we are NOT allowing anyone to create works with rape, pedophilia, bestiality, incest, or sexual assault.

Once creators receive their bingo cards, they will have until the end of the season to submit fills and cross off tropes, generally about 2.5 months.

To submit their fills, creators will post their work or a link to their work on Twitter along with their bingo card, tag @seasonsofbingo, and use the general hashtag #seasonsofbingo as well as the hashtag for the specific season (ex. #sobingo_s1, #sobingo_s2, and so on). Works can also be added to the AO3 collection.

Each individual square crossed off is worth 5 points.

For every bingo you get (a completed horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line), you will receive 5 additional points on top of your individual square points.

For a blackout card, you will receive all of the individual square points, bonus points for each bingo, and an additional 20 points.

There's no prize, but top participants will be announced each season!

At this time, you can create for any k-pop fandom!

You may cross off as many squares as you like for each fill!

Currently, we are suggesting that each written fill be at least 500 words.

To request a card, just fill out the Google form for each round. You'll be able to choose whether you want a 3 x 3 or 5 x 5 bingo card and choose your top tropes and tropes you don't want. Both card sizes will have some general tropes or prompts as well as prompts related to the theme. Once we get your request, we'll email you your bingo card!

You can choose anything from our trope archive for that season to use as your free space(s).

Creators may absolutely use bingo cards from past rounds as inspiration to finish works, but works started after the season ends will not be added to that season's archives.

Unfortunately, we are not currently allowing creators to request a card based on a theme outside the ongoing season.

Current WIPs and cross-posting to other events are welcome! If you are cross-posting to an event that has anonymous reveals, let us know so that we can coordinate how to add your works to the collection or archive.
